BSNL IDA Rates of employees valid from new calendar year 01.01.2018 is going to record a further increase. It is the third increase in this financial year 2017 - 2018 for all executive and non-executive BSNL employees.
The first increase in this year is only a little one at 1.9% from July 2017 and the second is an astonishing one. But this new BSNL IDA increase from January 2018 will make all employees do have some benefits to some extent in the new year 2018.

Even if the drop happens at 3 points for November CPI numbers, the BSNL IDA rates will increase up to 1.5% from previous. But if the CPI index for November 2017 increases by 3 points, then IDA rates of BSNL may record a new increase of above 3%.

Department of Public Enterprises will issue the orders for the increase in dearness allowance from 01.01.2018 after confirming the CPI index of November on 29.12.2017. After that PSU will issue the orders for New BSNL IDA rates.
